Use the actual model's sizing
Read the product's sizing system, size chart, fit description, material information and intended use. A size label can differ between models and sizing systems. This guide does not provide a universal numerical conversion chart or guarantee that a size in one product matches another.
Check whether the chart refers to foot measurements, internal dimensions or another method. These values are not automatically interchangeable. Ask us if the measurement method or size system is unclear before placing an order.
Measure and compare
Follow the measuring method supplied for the actual product. Measure both feet where the instructions call for it, using the stated reference points and units. Consider the socks or other items you intend to wear with the footwear when assessing the product's fit guidance.
Do not infer usable fit from an outsole measurement alone. Compare only measurements that the maker or product page defines, and do not assume that a numerical label establishes width, toe shape or room for an insert.
Fit depends on the design
Review the closure, cut, stated width or adjustment information where provided. Different shapes and materials may feel different even if a length measurement is similar. Check whether a description identifies the intended activity rather than assuming that a style is suitable for every use.
We cannot guarantee fit from a usual shoe size, height or weight alone. If you need help, identify the product and explain the measurement or fit information you want to clarify.
Trying on your order
Try footwear on carefully on a clean indoor surface to assess fit before deciding whether to keep it. Use the closures as directed and avoid forcing the foot into an unsuitable fit. Check comfort and security during ordinary inspection without creating outdoor wear or soiling.
Keep supplied laces, inserts, accessories and packaging where applicable. Ordinary inspection and use that changes the product's condition are different. Commercial return conditions do not automatically remove statutory rights or remedies for a defective or misdescribed product.
Materials and performance
Rely on the stated properties and instructions for the actual model. Appearance does not establish waterproofing, slip resistance, a protective rating or suitability for a particular workplace or sport. Do not treat this guide as a certification or an additional performance guarantee.
If a feature is important to your intended use and reliable information is missing, ask us before relying on it.
Cleaning and storage
Follow the care directions for the actual upper, sole, lining and finish. Do not assume all footwear can be machine washed, soaked, heated or treated with the same cleaning product. Remove loose dirt and carry out further care only as supported by the instructions.
Dry and store as directed. Inspect for damage or wear before continued use and stop using an item that appears unsafe.
